So right now, I only have the one fabric doll in my collection, but since she was my first made using a more complicated pattern than I'm used to for stuff like this, I'm quite pleased.

This is going to eventually become Nijika, while the Obitsu I have will be getting turned into my mini-me.

The pattern for her is here.

Great job! And she looks totally posable. Even her elbows and knees. Wow.

She is poseable at the knees, elbows, hips and shoulders. I'm wanting to make another doll that has poseability at the head, but for that, I need to make or buy doll joints.

I was thinking about what you said about giving her flat feet. Do you think jointing the feet at the ankle would be easier than drafting completely new feet?

Not really. It's just changing the bottom of the original leg and foot pattern to make her feet flat and not high-heel feet. jointing at the ankle requires making a whole new leg pattern and foot pattern.

I finished another fabric doll. or at least, the main body.

This is bittyDrill Boy. I made him using fleece and following the pattern from this site. Eventually, he will have a proper face, and armor, so he'll be a baby version of Drill Boy from Brave Police J-Decker.
