Philip Heath Doll help

Can someone help me find this doll? I’m curious about its worth. Its a Philip Heath (Heath Designs) doll from 1989. Its the 13th doll out of 300. I’ve been looking for hours and can’t seem to find it anywhere.

i'm not seeing anything on this doll either. are you sure it's a Philip Heath doll?

Thats what it says on the back of its head..I tried to get a good picture of it with my webcam but it didnt work >..<
