My mom is working on emptying out her house of old stuff and off loaded some of my old kid toys on to me, since she knows my doll hobby. I've taken home 4 baby dolls so far that I plan on cleaning up, and selling 3 of them.

They even had their own cribs. lol

I know this one is a Baby Check up. I still have the thermometer and bottle (though dried out), I think there was a stethoscope but I can't find it.

This is a little baby Troll doll.

But this one escapes me. This goes back as far as my oldest sister. Anyone know what this one is?

I'm going to be washing the clothes some of the baby dolls had one them, and I do want to clean these dolls up. They are dusty and stained. Any good tips on properly cleaning the soft cloth bodies up?

For the bodies maybe give "sofa shampoo" a try ... you know, the stuff you put on a towel and scrub upholstered furniture with? It's designed to not soak into the stuffing so if it works on sofas the doll bodies should be fine, too ...

I tried an Oxy Clean bath and it worked very well for the Baby Troll doll. The other two still have stains but I managed to lighten them up. I've been trying to get some of the marks that I've found on the bodies to no avail. Does the Remove Zit stuff actually stop being effective?
