Boil twist perm.
Before, plat as a pancake.
Take locks of hair and twist them, secure with rubber bands. Dip the head in boing water for 30 seconds or so, wait for the air bubbles to stop coming out of the hair and for the water and heat to soak in. Take the head out, leave the twists and rubber bands in place while it cools and dries for a few hours. When cool and dry take the hair down and brush.
