How to remove glue from doll's hair?

I have a problem with my 11cm Obitsu's head. The hed is very cute but that blue things doesn't always go well with her clothes. However, it's glued on her hair and when I tried to remove it, my girl lost a bit of her hair. There's still quite a lot left on front and some on back. Anyone knows how to safely remove the glue? It seems to be very similar to those hot glues. So, any suggestions?

With patience and lots of care. Put the head in the freezer. This will make the glue stiffer. Then, gently, strand by strand, separate the glue from the hair. Start from the edge of the glue area, find a hair that is closest to the edge. Find it's tip. Working from the tip to the root of the hair, gently work the glue off the hair while avoiding pulling it out of the root area. Repeat until all the glue is gone. You may need to re-freeze occasionally. You want the glue cold. Good luck!
