Paper Clay VS Stone Clay?? (Polymer?)

You did WHAT? WHERE?? HOW??? Share the knowledge or explain once again why we use chalk pastels and not oils.

A big difference between paper clay and stone clay is texture. I used some left over white air dry on a base and now I know it was LaDoll because it's very smooth to the touch as compared to DAS and Polyform air dry (which is doing quite well). So a stone clay dries with a much smaller and smoother grain than a paper clay tends to.
