My daughter's Obitsu needs a face-up. Can you use the same materials for face-ups on Obitsu heads as on resin? Any tips for working on such a small surface>

I got a little cup of water and used my watercolor pencils, a good sharpener and a tiny brush for smoothing. It was really fun. Oh and make sure you have Q-tips for clean up.

As long as the material has no oil in it, it's safe for vinyl.
Personally, I prefer soft body artist acrylics. It makes a huge difference. I started off with those cheap acrylics you can get for under $1 per bottle and they gave me nothing but trouble. I thin the acrylics with a mixture of flow improver and water, so I can get smoother, cleaner lines. Regular water is fine, but I find that the flow improver makes thinning easier.
