Crocheted 1/3 Underwear?

Hello!

I'm looking for a pattern for crocheted underwear for a 1/3 boy (Okay, technically he's 70cm but I can figure out how to size it up!). I've looked everywhere, even at human size-patterns, and apparently crocheted men's underwear is not a thing. If you have a ladie's pattern you'd be willing to share, I'd gladly accept it, and try to make it... roomier... in the crotch.
