Hey! Hey! Hey! - 1/31/10 (#30) In Handcuffs?!

Today's Hey!x3 Theatre is simple yet funny. We're in the middle of Christmas crunchtime here, so couldn't do any elaborate reenactments, but we didn't want to miss our weekly 'fun.'

In this one, it looks like Jun is the bad guy, who has just been handcuffed and arrested by a stern Satoshi! Jun must be infamous, too, as his coat is slung over his head!!! :laughs:

And again, that 'pointy' AoD hand comes in handy! This is the 3rd time we actually needed it for one of these reenactments!! The funny thing is that it's Jun's hand and when Satoshi needs it (like today) we just swap their right hands. (Jun doll then laughs at Satoshi doll for getting the disco hand for a day!) Ha ha ha ha ha!!

Anyway, enjoy!!!!
Thanks for looking!!!!

Your dolls have incredible wardrobes! Do you have default outfits you keep them in or does that change depending on the next Hey! Hey! Hey!?

Thanks, AquaMight-san!!! :hugs: Glad you're liking the Hey!x3 pictures!!! Thanks for commenting!!!

landwhale-san, you're right! These boys keep us hopping! (Er, rather, sewing!) Particularly Jun! He rarely wears the same outfit twice! Satoshi is much nicer to us, in that he recycles and keeps wearing the same clothes at least 3-5 times each! We noticed that a shirt he had back in 2005, he still has and keeps wearing!!! Gotta love him for that alone!

But, yes, they not only keep us sewing their duds, but where to store them all?! My sister cleared out her chest/dresser and gave Satoshi two drawers and Jun two drawers!!!! So, their clothes are actually in her chest/dresser like human clothes. (She stuffed all her own in her other dresser.) 0_o

But there's sooo many for these guys, they need the space!!! (And Jun is starting to need more.....) It seems like we're making Jun a new outfit every week..... ^^;;

Well, since we do a Hey!x3 each week, usually, we change them into their next outfit for the next shoot when we're ready to do it, but sometimes, if my sister feels a whim, she'll change them into what she feels like seeing them in, or especially, if they post a picture on their blog that day in a certain outfit, she'll want to change them into it, as if the doll was really mirroring the guy on that day. She's so cute.

On the hand, I'm a lazy doll owner. I NEVER change the clothing on my own---they're more for display to me. I've always been that way. Even with my Barbies when we were younger, I'd never touch them. Just maybe sit them in their Barbie mansion or something. My sister, though, she'd dress and brush and cut and just 'massacre' them (in my opinion) but she says that her dolls are loved and mine are not.

:laughs: She always brings up Toy Story 2 (how that cowboy toy who was kept mint in box was bitter and angry) and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer (when the misfit toys say, that a toy that's not played with is not loved or wanted and is worthless). I rebut that my dolls are happier because they're in near minty condition, and they appreciate that more! ^^ :lol: It's a running joke we have. But of course, I have to admit that I guess hers are happier as they're used more and mine just get dusty..... 8-)

Anyway, thanks so much again!!! :hugs:
