Ooh he looks great in these photos! I remember the WIP shots Kiki took :3 So much time must've gone into him!

My voice speaks in a melodramatic monotony that has bored thousands to tears...

BAHAHAHA!!! That's exactly how I heard his speech in my head, too. He's gorgeous, and I love the background story of his chains. I had been wondering who he would turn out to be when I saw Kiki's progress photos.

badum-chii!! hahaha... too awesome.

That said, it is so awesome to see the character behind all the work I've seen Kiki post over the past... year? (has it been a year?) He looks magnificent! I can see why you'd want to use the booties and protect the edges of his hooves. He looks great!!!

When I gave Kiki my ideas for him about two years ago, I had no idea he would turn into what he did! It's amazing what she turned a few scribbles on paper into!

Linteia, I'm glad I'm not the only one who was hearing him speak in that voice. The funny thing is, he really isn't that melodramatic. He's got a history, yes, but I almost think he gets some kind of kick out of overacting it.

Trethowan, if you want to be technical, it's been closer to two years. She did his face up and torso (the back sword & chain work), took a break to reclaim this thing she's heard exists called a life, and then just the past year went back to work to crank out the chains and finishing touches which everyone has gotten to see as a WIP. If it looks like it a lot of work, it's cause it WAS. X.x I full expect to be having to pay for the new glasses she'll obviously need after killing her eye sight doing all that....
