Awww.... In that last pic, where Agent XXX is being reassigned... or believes she is being reassigned... she looks genuinely shocked and saddened. At that point, she becomes a sympathetic character... even though we don't want her to accomplish her task. Excellent photography and story-telling!
The getting-in-the-door sequence was really cool, with very Lara Croft or Kim Possible style action poses!
Agent XXX is on the cusp of figuring things out. But then... what will she do? Follow through with her assignment, and possibly face termination herself? Or defect, and join the renegades in their hot tub?

Read through all the stories again and it's great to see the development and this intriguing plot. I agree, if Agent XXX listened to what was being said in any great detail, she would have the explanation.
(Though that an agent has been sent suggests that in story, 'Sara' is looking for her doll, which is not a bad thing...)
