Hey!Hey!Hey! (#116) Blue Sky Boys 5-1-14

It's been a long time, hasn't it?! But when the guys posted a picture of themselves together at their agency on May 1, we had to do a special Hey!x3 shoot! (We've been avoiding them since my shoulder was injured.)
But this time was special! Not only were they reunited after 'Hey!x3' ended a few months ago, but for my all time favorite series, 'La Corda d'oro'! There is a new anime for it airing now in Japan (and on Crunchyroll with subtitles here in the USA) every Saturday morning/afternoon called 'La Corda d'Oro Blue Sky' which features the adventures of the next generation of orchestra groups and players! (It's set 8 years after the first Corda, and the original guys make cameos in this version, but they're now in their early 20s!)
Anyway, we couldn't help but shoot this because it's all of our favorite things in one!
So here we go!
Real life version:
Doll version:
The bad thing that happened though, while doing this scene, is that we broke Satoshi's hand (jointed)! The resin loop/hook on the inner wrist part just snapped off. It's a Dikadoll 70cm NSY hand and my sister was crying when it broke off! I told her I'd fix it and I'm going to try to make a new loop out of Apoxie Sculpt and hope that'll work.
If not, I'll probably need to buy a new set of hands, but it's a shame because these look great, and the broken piece is on the inside, never to be seen! So, here's hoping the sculpted part will work out!
