So I had to work again this Saturday morning and I decided to bring MSD Cherry with me. I planned to take her to the Chinese restaurant with me for lunch and then on a shopping expedition to JoAnn's to get some fabric and maybe some beads and notions.

Things did not go quite according to plan, as you will see.

Spoiler: In the first wave of pics, we don't even get out of the office.

"If this is being pampered, I'd hate to be tortured!" That's funny!

She's quite a handful! Good luck at lunch!

Oh Riri, I had to wear an eye protector for a while and after I get my eye surgery in November I am going to have to wear one again. I totally get you.

When last we left Cherry, she was enduring the ordeal of having to wear a face protector for the first time in her dollieh existence. Now we rejoin her as she emerges from the dark depths of Emby's backpack...

And that is why Kizuna and Chitose never get taken shopping.

Oh, honey, I didn't show a third of the things that caught those pretty violet eyes of hers. Fur for wigs, leather for shoes, ribbons, laces, charms, iron on patches...there are a LOT of wallet bait items in that store for a crafter.

All in all, though, she was a pretty good girl.

I am sure that Cherry acted 100% better than any kid in that store.

I agree with Ri: skull beads are a basic necessity!

I find it ironic... hilarious, but ironic... how paranoid and defensive many of us get when children are in the vicinity!

That was quite the amusing shopping trip! You must do this again as soon as possible! And try to work in some buffet photos, too!

Riri can totally quote me any time she likes!
