Back for another 'Hey!Hey!Hey! Theatre' episode!!! ^^

This time, the boys just received their 'resume' photos (along with other members of the same talent agency) and are showing them off, as well as chopsticks and whistles that they were given for the 20th anniversary of the agency.

Can I ask who Hey Hey Hey is? Your replication of the pics are amazing.

Thanks so much for liking them, Princess Sarah Em-san! :hugs:

'Hey!Hey!Hey!' is music variety tv series in Japan that's been running since the 1960s!
Since it's been running so long, the hosts of the program change periodically, and the narrators as well.
We're HUGE fans of the 2 seiyuu (voice actors) who are the current narrators of the series---Hino Satoshi and Fukuyama Jun. (We became fans of theirs from an anime we adore that they're both in---La Corda d'Oro.)
We actually don't even watch the 'Heyx3' program, but love the 'behind-the-scenes' photos these guys take each week during their recording. They've been the narrators since April 2009, and do all these crazy picture shoots together! (Even though it's often very late at night when they record the narration for this show! Do they ever get tired?!?)
Anyway, since we had the portrait BJD of them already, my sister, who's their biggest fan, said 'I want to do a 'Hey!Hey!Hey! Theatre' of these photos! They're way toooo hilarious not to do with the dolls!!!'

So, that's how we started on this 'project' and plan to keep at it until all their photos are 'dollified.' (There are about 275 photos they've taken so far!!!!!! :faints:)

Anyway, we'll keep going! At least one installment a week!!! ^.~

Thanks for liking them, Cirquemom-sama!! :hugs:

We didn't actually email or contact Heyx3 staff, but we did send fan mail to both Jun & Satoshi, and told them to visit our Japanese blog to see their 'minimee' dolls in action.

I think they saw it because a few days after we expected them to receive the mail, on their blog, they posted up a new pretty kooky Heyx3 photo, and said it's been awhile since they've done a 'Hey Hey Hey Theatre' picture, which is the title of our blog there. (And they never called it that before, so....)

Plus, since the earthquake in Japan, they hadn't really been doing 'crazy' shots (just 'nice' waving ones and such) until that one again. Maybe they enjoyed the dolls in action so much, they decided to start doing 'nutty' scenes again. ^^
