Wig for limhwa

They're too sexy for their clothing - but they have to wear them anyway! Did you buy it? Did you make it? Who cares - let'm strut their stuff here!

Took a while to make this I like how it turned out. Used hair wefts and a wig cap I made out of crushed velvet.
I have no plans to make bangs mainly because I like parted hair.

Thank you, it was a little tricky at first. I actually messed up the first time and hade to pull all the stitches out of the weft to start over again

Um I was wondering if you maybe had any advice for how to secure the wig to the head
I would be very appreciative.

A silicon Wig cap is likely your best bet.

Sometimes, one of those wide rubber bands can give it a good grip too and make it fit a little snugger. Or you could use velcro.

How would the Velcro be used? I am not being sarcastic or anything I just really don't know.

You can stick the rough side of the velcro to your doll's head with hot glue. Then, just stick the wig onto the head. :)
And if you ever want to remove the velcro, the hot glue can be carefully peeled of.

Even on resin? The hot glue can be removed?

I'm fairly certain. I've done this on my mirodoll thunder and was able to peel the glue off(just pulling it with my fingers) without even heating it to soften the glue. It was a little tough to get off, but that's a good thing because you don't want it just falling off.
I have heard there can be problems if you use a high-heat glue gun, but most inexpensive glue guns are low heat, so it's usually not a problem, I think.
