Scottie-dog invasion

The vest (I was flying w/out a pattern for any of this) was made of scraps left over from the skirt. So the vest is more of an idea than a real garment. 1/4 yard was not very much, when it comes to widely spaced dogs. So there is only one dog on the vest.

The corduroy is very lightweight and - yes - I lined it all the way with white just in case the red wants to go a-wandering.



I would rather have a white blouse instead of the pink, but I don't have one made yet.
And I did not intend to have that dog heading for her armpit but I was almost out of dogs at that point.



The skirt is just a rectangular piece of fabric, pleated all the way around and ironed a LOT. For version two I think I will do a little shaping of the skirt since this girl has hips.
