Okay, I'll spill. The entire minidress was made of an (unworn!) pair of lime green panties. I picked apart the trim to make the leggings and armwarmers, and even the lace comes from the knickers.
You can pick up nice knickers for a buck apiece at Dollar Tree, and they make wonderful doll lingerie, nightgowns, and even clubwear (as you can see).
