Simply pretty traditional wear

So I've been reading far too much about how to make authentic kimono and yukata lately. Ayako still needs her footwear and a properly sized obi, but this came out pretty good for a first try.

(also that silky fabric she's posing on is for my own kimono, using Ayako's as a prototype)

The collar lies beautifully. That's harder to do than it looks.

Very nice. Love the pattern/color choice. Can't wait to see what you do with a different obi altho the stand-in one looks very good with it.
