Dollieh Sanctuary

Little Ari wanted to show off her latest creation, made on my new sewing machine. Previous to this, I was using a machine that my mother used to make her maternity outfits when she was pregnant with me, so one can imagine how old it was. I got a new one for Christmas which keeps clipping my hands when I try and use it (the presser foot is in the wrong place!), but other than that we had a lot of fun making our newest project for Etsy. I also love all the pretty stitches I can now make (which eats up thread like a fiend)

Little Ari's not really a "purple" kind of girl, but she definitely had fun modeling for this. (my elves spend a lot of time running around in cloaks)

This is crushed velvet with satin lining.

Hehe, thanks everyone. This cloak went really fast! It sold about six hours after I listed it *bounces up and down excitedly* (Little Ari is almost sad to see it go)
