Shaye's A Ballerina! (With Wings!)

Whilst digging through my craft supply drawers, I came upon a handful of small rubber bands. I realized that hey, I could use these instead of elastic for waist bands! Sooo I made Shaye a ballerina outfit!
The skirt and top are crocheted, and the tutu underneath is made of tulle knotted around a rubber band. That top is a bitch and a half to get over her boobs. @_@
I also made her wings! These were harvested from a fake bird I found in my craft supplies. I pulled them off and found they were attached to plastic tabs. I glued the tabs together, wrapped them in white yarn, then attached them to tabs of magnetic tape.
From the front!
Aaand quartered out!
Edit:
I made another outfit last week. This time the dress is all in one piece. The top is crocheted around a rubber band and goes over one shoulder, which is decorated with a flare of red tulle. The black mesh tutu is the one from the previous outfit, and it's difficult to see but there's a red tutu made of the same red tulle underneath it. I also made a pair of black underpants to go underneath made from a Barbie pattern.
Underwear pattern found here:

They're difficult to get onto the doll initially as Obitsu thighs are a little big, but if you reduce the strip of 5 stitches across to 3 stitches across they may fit better.
