The Kimono That Didn't Turn Out The Way I Imagined

My sewing skills still needs plenty of work hehehe. The vision does not always match the actual product, but hey, one needs to keep practising otherwise, one won't learn. ;) The kimono turned into a kimono style blouse, the frilly skirt into a sort of layered mini. Only the obi turned out right hehehe.

Yeah! Even if it didn't turn out the way you imagined, it still looks very cool ^^

I agree. It's nice that you got such a pretty outfit even if it's different from what you first envisaged. The colors and lightness of the fabric are nice for spring--and dollieh looks very pleased.

It looks kinda cute in the modern sense though.

It's very cute. Great material! Happy accidents are a good thing. ;)

Thank you everyone for all your encouraging remarks. I'll keep practising though and hopefully get better. Hopefully, my misses will end up as 'happy accidents' as well. ;P
