Fur stole (faux)

My order of fake fur came from Distinctive Fabric today. Yay!
I had one more free swatch I was eligible to get, so I got a swatch of "brandy fox" (in brown). I immediately sat down and turned it into a stole for Regina. And Amelia promptly 'borrowed' it to see how it would look on her coat.
I cut the swatch in half at a slight diagonal, stitched the two wide ends together, then slipstitched some rayon lining on the back. It will close with a hook and eye.
It is not quite long enough to go comfortably around Amelia's shoulders (although it works as a collar) but Regina is narrower and it will work well for her.
Amelia will get a faux rabbit coat in beige/white. And I'll finish SooSoo the dog (another furry 'skin' for an Obitsu dog) with the leftover rabbit scraps.
