Both outfits are made from quilting cottons and Rose's skirt has layers of red/gold Christmas lace. I used my Gracefairie pattern for Joanie's and a pattern by Jude for Rose's bustier. Just fudged an easy mini skirt for Rose since I knew the lace would cover it up. Joan borrowed Rose's favorite pair of red booties, so Rose is wearing Joan's gold sandals and gauntlets. I also made the beaded necklaces and the holly hairpin for Joan's hair.

So pretty! I'm really liking the red one, and I like how soft the white one looks. And I like how the skirts fall.

They look like they're on their way out to a party. They'll be the most popular girls there.

I really like those! Particularly the white one, the fitted top and the ruffled layers work really good together. And the bow is perfect.
