Lovely Bird

Bird, my B&G Aurora is modeling the harem outfit that I made for her. Hand sewn with french seams (because of the transparency and fraying of the fabric), hand beaded by me. Hours of work, well worth the effort...except that I've realized I'd rather do a different color scheme for her >< Figures, doesn't it.

Very lovely! Try a different background, I think she would really look good on a dark one!

True, but I get my best photos with outdoor lighting and there aren't many safe places to photograph dolls in my complex where kids won't notice....and I dont' want kids near the dolls ;p

I really love outfits with lots of embellishments. Can only imagine just how many hours you put into that o_O

This is amazing. Really beautiful. And I like the color sheme. What scheme are you thinking of now?

I love that fabric but I can't do anything with it cause its sliding off to places I don't want it and pulling in other places when I finally get it sewn together. HOW!? I thought I might glue the darn stuff but because its transparant I don't think that would work either. I have some that I would love to make a blouse out of for Audrey.. But the fabric just does not agree. :(
