Taffy, my half of the Dollzone 70 Recall twins, in a knitted sweater.

Done on size 2 needles, smaller than his fingers, with ribbing on the hem, cuffs, and neck.

This is more the true color of the yarn.

Thanks :)

Alas there isn't much room for the twins right now but I hope to fix that.

Very nice! The fit is perfect. I can't knit other than making a scarf. I always admire those who can knit and who can make such tiny things that look awesome.

That sweater was worked flat like a scarf then the pieces "sewn" together with yarn. The next step after a scarf is to learn shaping with increases and decreases. I just learned short row decreases this year when I got the Wingspan pattern. Aside from a 2x2 ribbing the sweater is all stockinet stitch.

Dare to guess how small the needles are to make this WIP sweater?

Very nicely done, and I like the colors!!

As for the second sweater's needle size… I could probably guess if I knew the size of the doll…. Maybe a 0? Or 00? I once knit a kimono-inspired sweater dress for my girls, and it had some cable knitting on it. I think I used size 3/0 for most of the dress, but the cable trim had to be tiny, so I used a 6/0. It was…. painful. But it looks good! ^-^

Ding! Ding! Ding! I'm using size 0! About the size of his finger for those who don't know.

The yarn is from Michaels, I think it's their brand, it's a sock yarn and I picked up a few mottled skeins in earth tones. It's very soft and not that stiff when finished.
