I have never understood the desire for secrecy promoted by corporate entities. It seems to bite them more than help them!

They are making a lot of tenant enemies. I've met several other displaced folks - one of them is 65, disabled, single and has no one to help her. How is that poor woman supposed to move in such a short time?

Unfortunately I don't think I'll have things much better in the new place. From what little I've learned there is a family in the apartment on one side and "partiers" on the other. I wouldn't have taken it, but financially I have no choice. Didn't really pack much this weekend though - I'm still a bit in shock I think.
