Just keep a really organized list of participants, their order/payment, and cover your bases (be upfront about what kinds of payments you'll accept/any fees you need the participants to cover [Paypal fees/packing materials/etc]/whether or not you'll be responsible for lost shipments/etc.).

It's also great to update the participants regularly on the status of the GO.

A GO makes sense from Volks if everyone lives in a close area since they are shipping from Cali. Ppl would have to pay for a fraction of the shipping from Volks to the organizer and then from the organizer to themselves. For something like the MSC which has to be sent UPS, in the end you only save a few bucks. If we do a GO it makes more sense if it is an overseas shipment and we need to use EMS.
