This brat. Steals all my attentions.
his name is dominic. He is turning 3 here soon. But I have only had him for a year in May. I rescued him from the Humane society. Everyone who's met him, wants him. And my boyfriend's mom claims this is her grandchild. He's part or whole maine coon. Since we can't track it, anyone's guess. He's longer than my 1/3rds and weighs 18 pounds.
my fave rattie. Victor the dangle rat. He's the only rat that goes limp when you handle him.
This is the best picture I have of Tempus. He has a head tilt, but I call it autism. He is very special, and almost 3 years old. Temp was given to me by petsmart, and was told "he's healthy enough to leave her, but he probably won't live long" that was 2 years ago. He's not a mean rat, but everything around the cage bars are food and are HIS. Fingers, cat noses, and everything. His. So we play games with him. We blow on him, and he acts like Animal from the Muppets. He swings around and eats at it. Or tug of war with fabric. Since we can't hold him cause he freaks out, he gets attention else ways. I blame petsmart for the cage bar problems....they fed him everything that way.
Persephone and Penelope are my rescues from an animal horder. Persephone has no eyes and Penelope has one eye and a mam. tumor. Its a shame that the vets said they couldn't save the eyes, infection took in and ruptured them. But they live happy, healthy clean lives now. Persephone refuses the acknowledge that she is blind and climbs the cage bars to see what's up!
I only have 2 of these girls now, as I rehomed one of the brown ones. They are Fuji (black) and Hera. They also came from the same horder. Hera is the mommy of Fuji. And now that Fuji gained weight and can't fit through bars anymore (her name is short for Fujiko) They have a huge cage waiting for them!
