I can tell you right now that I don't know much about the camera settings in the iPhone, but I will fiddle with one at work and see what I can come up with. I'll also look into what iPhone apps are good for color correction. I usually recommend android to anyone whose primary focus is pictures with their phones, and I use Pixlr myself for edits. I plan on including a list of phones that have quality cameras on them in my list, as well as some ways to work around more budget friendly phones. Usually, when making a less expensive model, the first two things that get sacrificed are camera quality, and internal memory, followed by processor speed.
