I really want to put an Isabella on my X-mas list now.

Now...How to convince my mom that it is better then me asking for a 1/3 Obitsu.

Show her the Obitsu price, plus the cost of the head you want (unless it's the one it comes with), clothes, shoes, eyes, wigs, doing the face up, etc etc. And then show her the cost of Isabella who comes with a pair of eyes and a face up :3

Bahhhh I'm getting myself into more trouble. Just sent Emmory an order for the girl I just can not stop thinking about and I really really really want to order her sister at the same time. My husband is going to have a conniption. Even so I just HAVE to have them now. It's killing me. More so Ryannon seems to be demanding it. I guess these new little one belong somehow to her. Decided to clear out all my current faire garb on ebay since I'm tubby now. Mebbe that will fund them. The Pendragon alone should, but people seem stingy with spending lately we shall see.

Yeah my mom said even if I had the money she wouldn't want me spending that much on even the 1/4th Obitsu Alice even after I explained I could save up for it and just get me eyes, wigs ect.

For Isabella she costs as much as an American Girl doll, is completely articulated and I've liked her face more then the other RS/BBB 1/6th's including Ni. I even have a wig that'll fit with modification already...(It's a Liv wig I bought for Haruka and I still have it since it doesn't fit.) I think if it was around the time my mom would be curious of what I'd like for X-mas I'd show her and the way I convinced her to let me get Haruka was to show her completed/customized Obitsu's...So all I gotta do is show her all the owner pics on DOA, here and DeviantART.

Thanks for the advice. I'm gonna wait until after vacation probably around October or September.

(If my mom was easier to convince I'd probably splurge and buy a Ya as well. I'm a sucker for the BBB/RS sculpts. Everytime I go on Junkyspot I try to look any anything but the BBB Yo-SD's...I can't look away for a second. I shall find a way to get her.)

*sigh* I woke up at about 1 in the afternoon today, ate lunch breakfast thing, and was on computer for a couple of hours and now it's almost 4.

Trying to distract myself and stick to my guns about not over paying for a doll I don't need and have gone this long without. Just need something else to catch my mind like a book or movie. One of those things I go through and have recognized and managed to save my wallet from most times.

A bit of practice has me playing Stairway to Heaven, Crimson and Clover, Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds and soon Grim Grinning Ghosts and Kashmir on the hammered dulcimer and music program on my iPad. Got to get a real Led Zeppelin song book, not just Mothership, because I want to learn Bron-y-aur, the instrumental one, and Going to California.
