I never did get any *new* photos taken. :/ I did shoot some down in the basement, though. It's weird down there because the fluorescent tubes act like a yellow filter. 0.o No muse, yet. Although I did have a weird dream about being in a cemetery. (Recurring dream since my very VERY young childhood days.) I wonder what my muse is telling me?

Several friends and acquaintances have, this year, decided that they're going to make horrible decisions come hell or high water.

I just discovered a dead cockroach on our balcony... never seen one before (yeah just once, on my trip to Indonesia), should I be worried..?

-edit- My boyfriend says it's not a cockroach, instead it's just a really big bug... I don't care, I freaked out completely when I saw it and then even worse when he brought it into the house -_- I'm such a wuss.

I never saw cockroaches until I went to Japan. We just don't get them out in the country where I grew up. Field mice, the occasional rat, ants, nasty horseflies and deer ticks... yes; cockroaches, not so much. I wouldn't say that I necessarily freaked out when I saw one in my house in Japan, but I wasn't happy to see it either. At least I never saw a mukade...

The one time I found a cockroach in my hotel room in Indonesia I didn't freak out either, I calmly put a glass over it but then didn't know what to do, so I waited like 24 hours lol and then threw it away in the bushes, dead . I called it Petey and I sang him a song

But that one cockroach was *nothing* compared to what my travel mates found in their hotel rooms... lol!

My old office had a roach problem and my father's apartment in NYC has one occasionally. They're ugly and really creepy but they're not going to hurt you. Also, just one and outside at that is not something to worry about at all.
