She did... well, actually they did. <3 I adopted two little sisters, 8 week old kittens from a Maine Coon mother and unknown father, if I understood correctly. I guess the third's a charm, or how do they say that..? Anyway, we have adopted two beautiful little girls called Mila and Nava and I will post pictures tomorrow. It's past midnight here and I'm knackered from this rollercoaster day of emotions.

suck #1: working the whole weekend (fri-tues)
suck #2: both the menfolk at diffrent conventions, so i get to work, and they get to have fun.

Hugs to my fellow Bee Gees fans, Robin and Maurice are together again. Sing songs and eat macaroons.

When I heard it earlier, it wasn't much of a big shock, since he's had such a battle with cancer and complications recently, but it was sad to hear and took my breath away for a minute or two-----he was my all time favorite since I was 13----and his voice was, and is, just incomparable! As they said, he truly had the voice of an angel.

It's better for Robin, he's in a better place now, but for his family, his mother, Barbara, and Barry and Lesley-----it must be devastating----our prayers are with them now. (I wept a little when I read a couple of weeks ago that Barry was at his bedside in the hospital, singing to him while he was in a coma, and even afterwards....)

It does seem the Gibbs are going home youngest to eldest.....Three of them are now reunited.

God bless the Bee Gees.....God be with their families now....

Just got to think he's haunting the shower in the girls' locker room at the local college, he would have wanted it that way. He's been looking like you just want to feed him something for awhile so it's good he no longer hurts. Sad thing is he fathered a baby a couple years back and she'll never get to know him.

It was Robin that helped kick start my custom doll sculpting as I wanted him and eventually Gibbs for a photo story.

Robin, Maurice and Andy . . . . even if Andy wasn't officially a Bee Gee.

But, yeah. Sad. I love their music.

They were ready to let him in, I think it was about the time of the One album. It was the big age difference that kept him out in the early days.

Dammit - my f***ing favorite ring snapped in half. I've had and worn that ring for the last 20 years. It's silver and shaped sort of like a celtic torq with snarling feline heads (I like to think of them as panthers) on the ends. I suppose after 20 years I should have expected it might break one day, but dammit not now!

sigh...now i have to find a good silversmith who can repair it for me and do it relatively quickly as I can't stand not having that ring on :(
