First off my apologies - apparently it was not a discussion of the merits (or lack thereof ) of Twilight that caused some posts to be removed, but rather a political difference of opinion that cropped up during it. Sorry Twilight discussion folks, you were chastised unfairly

However, someone once said something to the effect of the fastest way to start a fight is to talk about religion or politics - truer words were never spoken! This has become very apparent in the past, not just in former incarnations of this forum, but in our sister forum JunkySpot where more than one thread has been permalocked out of existence when one or both of these subjects ran amok. Feelings were hurt, mods were called names and people flounced off never to be seen again.

Obviously we'd like to avoid that scenario here if at all possible. This does not mean I'm going to ban religion and politics as topics, however, I do ask that if they arise folks posting must understand that if they are not kept civil and uncombative, they will be deleted and names will be taken. If anyone becomes a frequent violator of the "play nice" doctrine I will PM them to talk about it and see if we can't agree to avoiding the bad topic.

Once again, sorry for mistakenly thinking it was the Twilight thing that went south, this is what happens when I read PMs and try to deal with issues while watching television LOL

To get back on dolls I have a nekked Holmes and Watson to design for, and I still haven't settled on a Steampunk case for them either. I want to look like an airship on the outside and open it to have their cubbies for them and closets for their clothes as well as a playset like the controls of the ship or something. Got a great idea to change the ending of Young Sherlock Holmes a bit so the adventure continues.

Do I have them lay down in bunks with their stuff in a drawer under them or stand up? In the bag of the airship or the gondola? And it's got to be closet to 14" long/tall to have headroom for Holmes.

Anyway, I just had to replace my nail-in-tire prone car's back right tire. This is ridic. Almost every other time I take my car into the auto center there's a nail/screw in my tire. BLAH!

Edit: My emails went out of order on me and I didn't see the next post. I'd like to apologize to everyone about that. My bad. I found something that blew my mind and shared it without thinking and then the conversation went off beyond what I was expecting or consciously intending. I'm going to try and be more mindful about it for the future.

Nothing to worry about! Somebody proposed sending a bunch of us to the Death Camp of Tolerance and someone replied "Hey, get your ass back in the kitchen and make me some pie!" Then there was a big fight over whether the giant douche or the turd sandwich was a better candidate and K2 had to rescue us before the Cloud of Smug destroyed everything.

By the way, don't expect me to bring out the Hippie Drill LINK and save you all this time, 'cause "Screw you guys, I'm goin' home!"
