FS Rarity is lovely. I need very much *not* to fall for her or any of her sisters, there's barely room for the small ponies much less the bigger girls.

I have no idea what St. Patrick's day is and I should Google it, but it's almost 3am here, I'm so Tired... Yet so happy, because I'm very proud of the faceup I did on Anne (my Asleep Eidolon Blueberry girl), check out my Flickr if you're interested, I don't know how to post pictures here with my phone :-(

saint Patrick's day is a catholic holy day celebrating the life and death of an important saint to ireland. (ie, he converted the celts and basically suppressed the native culture to bring civilization, but that's another story) so while in ireland its a religious day, in america its a day to celebrate the irish culture that was brought over from there during the diaspora. and celebrating by wearing green and drinking alot.

As long as the IRA was operating, I refused to wear green on St Patrick's Day, despite a lot of harassment by people in my high school. It wasn't that I didn't agree with their grievances, it was that I didn't agree with the violence.

It's all, "in your heeaaadd, in your head, aeeyae, aaaeeyyyaeewawww."

(that was my really lame attempt to make a joke about the Cranberries' song referencing Ireland.) I think it probably failed. Miserably. >__<

On to other news, my mom gave me a big bag of dolls from the 50's. There were 6 dolls, lots of clothes and accessories. Most are too icky to salvage, (having been stored in a moist basement for 30 years) but the dolls themselves and a few pieces are in good condition. I'll post a picture in the other section. They're really neat.

In other other news, I forgot once again to x-post my photostories (I am made of fail) and have spammed you with three back to back. Chibification happens. It's pretty silly.

Actually it's a dark olive stagnant pond green 364 days and on St.Patrick's Day it's dyed florescent green.

True story. :(
A hobby isn't supposed to leave you wistful, regretful and vaguely disappointed. BJD collecting is as customizable as the dolls themselves. Do whatever pleases you the most, because otherwise, why do it at all? All for the 'Gram Bitches love the 'Gram.
