The renegotiation with the sellers went great and the price amendment to the original contract was agreed upon, approved and signed by all! We own a new home! No more cruddy apartment! Closing will be on 6/18 and we get to start moving in the evening of the 20th!

Nagi's new wig arrived!!!! Now I can finish the pre-wedding photos this weekend since Riou's wig is here and decorated... and Momiji's Lizzie costume is almost done... and Toushirou's academy uniform is basically done as well. ^________^

Started my first mod project; dremeling into resin! It was scary at first but it's going so well, my dremel died though and now I have to wait till it's charged to finish xD

Woo! Got the summer internship I applied for!
From the sounds of it the work will be really interesting, borderlining on research.
The company seems friendly enough, and the pay is more than enough to cover rent (so fingers crossed if I'm thrifty I may have a new dollieh by end of september!)

My cousin had her babies! Twins, Mia and Giovanni. I don't know the details yet, like size or which was born first, but they were big for their developmental stage the last time we saw her so they're probably a good size even though they weren't technically due for a few more weeks yet.
