/rant I went to the doctor and they were out of my meds, I got into a fight with a nurse, ran out in a huff. Only to slip and fall on some ice and dislocate my shoulder. Me of course not wanting to go back in since I just got yelled at by them. And they fired my helper at work so I've been going to school bus driver hell. And my darn obitsu body arrived in my town yesterday and yet it's still not at my house! /end rant.

If Schadenfreude is your thing, I will just say I can probably top you. Not going to go into details but involves a tenant carted off by cops, common law wife carted off by cops, kid carted off by Child Protective Services, and much, much, much more unpleasantness and I have to get an eviction order tomorrow.

Plumbing truly sucks. It never breaks at convenient times, stuff that is hard to get at always breaks in freezing weather, torrential rain, or when the access is buried under a crap-ton of < fill in the blank >. Whoever installed it in the first place is always crazier than you are. There are generally floods involved in the fixing of it.

Everytime we have to repair anything with plumbing we first have to get through the WTF phase before we can actually deal with the problem. (Who uses glue instead of solder on copper pipes?)

When you live in a privately owned apartment complex plumbing inevitably breaks on a Saturday and the landlord inevitably is too cheap to call for professional help so he tries to fix it himself and fails - leaving his tenants without whatever service it was until Monday rolls around....and yes, that is personal experience ;p

I hate PayPal so very, very much. I went through all the hoops to connect the thing to a bank account. Then I log in so I can get SetsunaKou the money for the NDR heads. But it won't let me instantly transfer money. Seriously, I could not click on that option. I was force to send an electronic check.

Today I log in to send money to a friend whose cat is having medical problems... and I have the option to instantly transfer money. And I find out the stupid electronic check will not get to SetsunaKou until the 24th.

What the heck? Seriously, over a WEEK for this, PayPal?

All this crap is making me look like an irresponsible person, and messing up a group order. PayPal, you suck.

So if you teach a Tuesday-Thursday class, when is the best time to give your students a homework assignment? According to one of my professors, Sunday night. Because between the presentation I have in there on Thursday, my workshopping in my Creative Writing class, and the doctor's appointment I have on Wednesday, I'm definitely not busy enough. >_>
