My boyfriend was here when i had a panic attack thinking about my teeth and he was like "well atleast the molars are free and the wisdoms wont be a problem for atleast a year so you could probably save up for them." and that made me feel better cause, i would be able to get them both out eventually but then when i realized they'd probably only freeze my mouth for the molars i freaked out again because i really wouldnt want to be conscious for that x_x

badcandy - they only need to take out my two top molars so the bottom would still be a problem, and the top ones look like theyre going to come in at a weird angle and they'd make chewing and stuff awful because they'd probably scrape against my cheeks D= so.... i really would have to get them all removed x_x

*crossing fingers for a solution*
I'm just guessing here, but I've seen some places offer paying in installments (is that what it's called?), maybe you could ask if your dentist does, too? Just guessing though, since I don't know your situation (nor your dentist ^^) ... I just hope it all works out for you!

i called to ask.... they said i'd have to pay up front with cash or credit card so they know they get the money, they've apparently had lots of problems when people used to give cheques or layaway plans x_x||

Is there a dental school near you? Most of them offer free or very low cost treatments for people who cannot afford that much dental work. It's the start of the year, so if you apply now, you might be able to get in some time around Christmas (yes there generally is that long of a wait).

Sorry I haven't been around much...
A lot of things going on. Injuries, sickness, mental crap.
So I may be pretty quiet for a while.

*hugs*

Thank you so much!
Still doing crappily, but a little better now.

This is kind of good and kind of bad: we have a mice infestation (bad) and we had been having trouble catching the mice because they weren't going for any of the baits we tried. Peanut butter, cheese, sunflower seeds, dog food. When we were catching them we were using live traps and driving them more than 5 miles away to release them. But since we weren't having luck catching them we bought some kill traps.

Recently the mice tore into a heaty pad thingy that was filled with little seeds, so we started using that as bait and just today we caught 5 in the live traps! (that's the good) I hope that they keep going in the live traps because I really don't want the little mice to die... I hate the mess that they are making, but they are so cute! It always makes me so sad to see any dead animals.

SugarCorpse ug I'm so sorry for you both on the mental and the dental things.
I've been lucky dental-wise in my life. Knock on wood because dental stuff sucks more than just about anything but back aches and butt problems.
Really hope that you can get both matters resolved soon.

so fustrated today. my asthma has decided it no longer wants to play nicely in the sandbox. i can't walk 50 feet to my bathroom without huffing and puffing like a 3 pack per day smoker. just sitting i'm whistling like a tea kettle. back on all the fun meds including high doses of prednisone. guess my body has had enough of me abusing for the past 12 weeks. thank god my boss comes back from medical leave on thurs and i'm taking a few weeks off to recoup. so ridiculous to expect 1 person to do a 2 person job. thinks will plan dolly trips for some photography before the weather gets too nasty. thanks for letting me vent.

That excruciating moment when you realize just how stupid your classmates really are. >.< I seriously think a part of my soul committed suicide reading some of the responses to the philosophy discussion tonight. It's called analytical reading skills, people, actually read the assignment, not just the keynotes the professor highlights. No really, it's a trick to see who actually reads the assigned text and who doesn't.

Mice carry and spread salmonella. They killed one of my parrots that way.

Mice carry and spread Hanta Virus, which kills over 75% of the people who get it.

You know how mice can tell where to go for food? They spread pee trails. That's right, they are constantly peeing everywhere they go. That mouse smell? That's mouse pee. They are peeing on everything they walk over, all the time. Pooping too.

By releasing your mice outside you pretty much guarantee someone else will end up with your problem, because they will head straight for the nearest building and chew their way inside it.

Victoriavictrix is correct! My dad works for a pest contral company. I do believe in animals rights but when they start causing health problems for others there is very little one can do. I don't mind mice, rats, or bugs as long as they're not in my house.

Funny thing my dad doesn't like us killing spiders because they help with catching bugs.
I'm mostly on Tumblr now.

You can use live traps to encourage your cat to hunt. When we used live traps the cats would almost fight over who "got" the mouse. We'd let the mouse go in view of the cat and they never got away. It encouraged the cats to hunt on their own and the mamas used it to teach their babies.

Terrier dogs are good if you have varmints too, Jacks were specially bred to chase and kill rats in barns.
