One of the great things about sewing for your own dolls is that you sew at the speed of your inspiration :D
And the worst thing about it is that you sew at the level of your skill

Thank you thank you very much for forcing me to learn and stuff just because you're a weird size 50cm doll with your own sense of color and style. I should be sort of thankful that whatever you making me sew is the upsize version of what my 1/6ers wear.

So all the Targets, Wal Marts and TRUs have been out of stock on every. single. monster high doll. Since the holidays. I went to walgreens today to pick up make-up sponges for a project, and some knee-highs for work, and on a whim, check the doll section for anything worth grabbing. I didn't expect to find anything, but chuckled to myself thinking "wouldn't it be neat to find a MH doll now that I actually have some money" I head out and swing through the seasonal aisle to get some Cadbury mini eggs (of which they were out...sadface) and glance...GLANCE at the shelves labeled "Great Deals" and there she was. A Dead Tired Draculaura, sitting all neglected on the shelf, between the party favors and the transformers knock offs. At $15 I couldn't resist. So now I have a shiny new Draculaura. Only problem is... I don't really LIKE Draculaura. But I'll see what I can do with her. I ordered a $5 Liv wig on ebay, so we'll see how it works.

Gulp! Dead Tired Draculaura is the one MH doll I've been looking for and she's nowhere to be found. Lol!

Anyone know any Kelly/Bitty bitsu patterns? I realized I got nothing but a pair of mini American Girl doll shoes...

I'm guilty of this too, though I kept thinking, "who would leave their MLP's outside."
A hobby isn't supposed to leave you wistful, regretful and vaguely disappointed. BJD collecting is as customizable as the dolls themselves. Do whatever pleases you the most, because otherwise, why do it at all? All for the 'Gram Bitches love the 'Gram.
