My Random: I saw Legend of the Guardians friday night with friends..... totally awesome beyond awesome.... I recommend it to anyone who either a.) loves animals; b.) loves birds and/or raptors; c.) loves a good old fashion good vs evil story; d.) loved the good old school movies with moral messages (have hope, believe in yourself, the strong help people, etcetcetectectgrtectzxcz)

I never read the book - (the) Guardians of Gah'Hoole - but if the book was as good as the movie(though I know there would be differences in the story between them, but still), I'd buy it... o_o even if it's a pre-teen/young adult book? I think I saw it as?

Either way, I'm also inspired to make an owl fursuit head, roflmao.

I also saw Alpha Omega, the next morning.... I'm normally pro-everything wolves but.... Guardians beat it's pants off... though, yeah, I know... it was a kid's movie... OTL ....butbutbbutbut.... wolfies T~T was also my friend's idea, roflmao. It had it's merit; but it's animation could have been better.... and less corny xD;;;

I'd like to see Owl dollies or costumes. I can see making a head and cape wings for dolls to wear. Hopefully this will get kids reading the books. My sister who only reads if it's a about girls and horses or a crappy vampire book actually bought and has reread the Percy Jackson series after seeing the movie.

The one on the lower right is Mattel's new Monster Whore, er, Monster High. My caveat about giving them to kids is their lower arms and hands coming off rather easily, I don't pass judgement on plastic lifestyles. Can always name her Lori and introduce her to Zeppelin.

You went and saw. I passed by the posters and then I saw the evil Queen owl and it made me checked out the title of the movie (I would go see if I remember when it starts). The last animal based fantasy I ever read was back in school involving cats and another one involving wolves and that other Farthing Woods one

Idea for a photo story, dolls reenact a scene from a movie, TV show, book, or play word for word. Going shot for shot, matching sets and costumes isn't encouraged, just sticking to the words of the script.
