its kind of a trade off, if you don't drink a huge amount of coffee during the day, you don't waste the coffee sitting around in the pot. plus the clean up is easier and no coffee grounds on the ceiling.

I used to drink 6-8 cups a day, but I cut back. Waaaaay back. I'm down to one or two. But yes, I'm perfectly in love with this machine, and the ease of clean-up and how quick and--- coffee grounds on the ceiling? o.O Did you pour water in while the brewer was still hot? Is it bad that I have an idea how it could've happened?

I threw away my cheap old coffee master machine when we bug bombed the house. I couldn't get to all the parts to clean it properly, and it was old anyway, so I pitched it.

We have both a 4 cup coffee maker and a Keurig. We aren't big coffee drinkers, although my husband requires a cup of "the elixir of the gods" every morning to function properly. The adapter cup is great! We can choose our own coffer brand/flavors and save the plastic for our grocery bags - LOL!

I read at least 38 of the 54 Animorphs books. When I read the last sentence of the last book, I literally screamed in rage and threw it across the room. Such a cliffhanger ending, forever.

NUUU Now I have to read them, FRACK. ALL OF THEM..

In other news Costumes and Supplies ordered for my show for the 2013 festival season. I'm not going to miss out on this yeah, because I'm not dating an terrible stage partner/lazy but overbearing manager who refused to get off his bum last year. Dead weight baby, dead weight. I'm actually really excited. I really cant express how excited I am. It's been a good week.

I don't know, my dad somehow did it. I'm pretty sure it involved flicking the thing that you put the filter and grounds in in an attempt to knock it into the trash can because there was coffee all up the back of the wall and the ceiling.

You can recycle the used cups and a good majority of the cups are biodegradable.

We seriously have like 30 bags of coffee in the cabinet. The Island Coconut is my favorite. Green Mountain also makes coffee in bags. That's the kind that we get, we don't have a Keurig! LOL


:EDIT: okay, Hubs says that the cups themselves aren't recyclable because they have a filter inside, but they are made out of recyclable materials. So if you take the filter out you can recycle it. xD

Pretty much if you see an actor or another sort of famous person "publishing" a fiction book you can pretty much guarantee it's ghost-written. Alan Dean Foster wrote the first Star Wars book, for instance, even though Lucas's name was on the front. I pretty much know everyone who really wrote SF/F books supposedly written by more famous people.

Carrie Fisher is the exception though; she is a damn fine little writer all on her own.

I was really into them when I was in jr high school, but I never finished reading the series because I lost interest before the last few books were published....

I know...and it's seasonal. ;____; My other favorite flavored coffees are the Blueberry Mountain, Rainforest Nut, and Southern Pecan.

The Hot Cocoa is good also.

The Lemonade is really good and so is the new Vitamin Burst, they are the Brew-over-ice kind. The Vitamin Burst is kind of like a fruity drink, like a Propel or something?
