Apparently it's time to kick the dying horse. After being told two months ago that my job was being cut to half time... I got called back in and informed that my job is being cut entirely. I wasn't planning on staying anyway, but now there will be no computer graphics at the school. And they are officially killing my Anime Club too... so I'm watching everything I built up at this school get torn apart.

Of course they couldn't wait till Monday... I had dress rehearsal last night and three performances of the high school play this weekend. I don't need this right now.

I'm so sorry for you! Sounds like they are totally clueless and don't know what is going on under their own noses. Typical administration. What are you planning to do now? And Good luck on your performances this weekend!

Got off the phone with my mom - my step-dad is not doing well. He suffers a series of strokes from about 8 years ago as well as Parkinson's and has quickly gone down hill this past year. She said he has been sleeping for 2 days now. He'll open his eyes periodically, but he won't move or wake up. He's had in-home hospice care for several months; now he is under 24 hour nurse care. She's waiting to see what the doctor wants to do and worries that he'll be admitted to the hospital.

I'm worried that he's giving up.

Sooo... I found out that the week I am due to have my little girl (and yes I know that due dates are not set in stone and she could certainly come before that time or after) -- that my Final Project for my current class is also due the following day. Not only that but then my Final Exam for the class is due the following week. @__@ Luckily, the professor I have for this class (Instructional Design for MultiMedia), has been a lot more helpful than those of my past few classes. He's also being moderately understanding since he has a little one on the way as well and basically said to just inform him of any changes ASAP.

I've gotten a jump start on the project overall, so lets just hope I can keep up this kind of momentum throughout and get everything done early. Better still, I get to base this project around dolly stuffs. :3

Well, on a not so deep sux - I accidentally had my new 55cm obitsu boy sent to my home instead of my office - so I take off 1/2 hour early because the office at the apartment complex closes at 5:30 and I want to be there on time. I arrive at 3 minutes after 5 AND THEY ARE CLOSED!!!!!

Tomorrow I will be registering my anger with them because I will have to drive over during my lunch hour now to get the doll or risk losing ANOTHER 1/2 hour of pay.

Greyhaunt is not happy. And neither is Jude who wants his body!
