i got my dz baby boy last week!
ok thats my personal rejoice, and my daughter got her resinsoul yu as well as her replacement wig from karin she was thrilled.

Still waiting to hear back about the dz items i ordered with emory earlier this year, thought they might have come in with the 2 last orders but i never heard back so, who knows they might come in in the future.

My daughters' spring break was over today and after 9 days of uninteruppted family bliss, I was alone today!

OoooooOooooo . . . . . what is that like? I started homeschooling my daughter this year so I haven't had many "alone" moments lately.

Lovely! I'll admit it can get lonely after a couple of weeks, but then some new big project comes up. Spring is actually my down time. I'm taking advantage of that and attending a sock knitting class.
I don't know how old your child/ren is/are. Mine are both young teens and life has gotten simpler as they continue becoming adults. They are more competant and able to supervise themselves.

My Volks "replacement" boy is supposed to be here today. Why replacement? Because I messed up his head something horrible, and as he's a tan I had to get a whole new one. Oh well, now I will have a pristine head to hopefully not mess up this time. ^_^

I woke up today and was almost immediately hand-fed lemon cake. And not just any lemon cake... lemon *birthday* cake, that my hubby made for me himself when he got home from work this morning. ^_^

And I don't know if that's why, but I am in a weirdly bouncy and goofy mood today.

I'm back from Las Vegas!!!! OMG, I've never been so happy to be back home. My impression of Las Vegas? Disneyland on bad drugs!!!

Seriously, too loud, too dark (no lighting in them damn casinos or rooms), too far to walk to convention centers and some of the rudest drivers in the world! I actually had some chick spit at my car because she thought I'd looked at her O.O; Dont know what she expects when she's got the car window down and is cursing at the top of her lungs, but as it happened i was ignoring her and NOT looking her way >< Just glad she didn't have a gun.

Spent the entire day on it, but I completed my very first travel blanket for dolliehs. It was quite the adventure.





One down ... eleven more to go. Methinks Imma need more supplies.
