Now the realtor tells us he's never worked with the kind of loan we have before, after he gets pissy because we tell him one house he likes more than we do isn't worth what he wants to bid. At the percentage we have to pay on he down payment we can only go so high in so short of a time. Have to close by July because that's when this program ends and who knows if we can get another ever? If we lose this it's back to renting and paying X amount for rent when buying would cut our payments down to half that. My past experiences now have me waiting to hear we don't qualify for the loan after all because a heck of a lot of my past is disappointing.

Fingers still crossed for the house with the cubbies or the house that needs a cleaning bids in on both.
