The last offer wasn't accepted, that was the doll room pony yard place, so at the moment we have no houses, no offers, and it looks like we might have to rent again and spend money for that move then reapply for the loan program and hope to get accepted again. Unless something changes.

First step will be a relator who can grasp the concept of what we're looking for in a house or a safe neighborhood. My smother and sister haven't learned the don't go with "friends" approach. If we don't move I'm taking my scrimpings and buying myself something nice and useful for my troubles.

My bank account was closed for sitting too long empty (was a student account that was *supposed* to not charge annual fees, but did anyway) and left me without a functioning Paypal, and no way to order the hair I need for a custom commision for my friend's daughter, or any way to be paid for the items I'm already selling or things I need to sell to clear out stuff. Was gonna change banks anyway, guess this is just a kick in the pants to get going on it.

The canadian post office is going on strike tonight and l'm not sure when it will be over. I want to buy Hazuki at the end of the month from JS also l want to buy her some azone 1/4 clothes as well but l guess the clothes can wate intill this dam strike is over.

Still have the mysterious leak via the dryer vent in the laundry room. It just keeps dripping water. I can't figure out what is going on. Is something ELSE leaking into it? And the heat pump is not working. Fortunately the bedroom and my office are on a different zone/heat pump. GAH! IT NEVER ENDS!

I'd ask for a refund of the extra face-up charge and just keep her. If you don't want to do the face someone here can.

I asked for that, they said I needed to mail the head back and they'd send out the right one, kinda wish I had just gotten my money back, but at least I'm getting what I paid for and they are covering the extra shipping costs.
