I'm still on Photo Phuket for most doll pics I share but space issues and doll nudity are why I went with my own domain name. After the initial set up cost for buying it and keeping the listing private I'm on a host plan that's under $20 a month, I pay quarterly, I have to write all my code BUT I can post all the doll boobs I want. You can make your own gallery pages if you want with IMG tags or you can just put up a place holder page and keep your pics secret. I've shared patterns with some people by providing just an address for example- dolfielittles.com/picture.jpeg Stick that in IMG tags on a board and the picture appears.

If you're on Windows paint.net is a free editing program, Mac has some free downloads on the apple site. I use Photoshop Elements because it has all I can see myself needing for quite awhile. With my site most of it is trimming the image, which most free and low end programs have, then I feed them through a free download called Resizeit.

Notice how often that seems to happen? Some service or software you use works great until the engineers upgrade it with all kinds of new, supposedly better features. Then it just royally sucks. My current favorite pet hate is the utterly worthless Top Sites feature in Apple's Safari browser. Slow, useless, excessively flashy POS app designed to provide content that most even vaguely competent 'net users can find on their own. Thankfully, it can turned off as your default homepage but it still runs in the background.

That's pretty much the reason why I caved and switched over to Firefox instead. Even if it meant that I had to manually import all of my bookmarks. XD

I was in my local Hallmark store and found they had these little knitted mitten things that looked awesome sized for 1/3 sized dolls for .99 cents o_O I think they were for decorating packages, as that's the section they were sitting in. They were in a box, individually packaged with a pair of mittens in the baggies.
Also saw a knitted sweater and hat on a small clothes hanger that may be a good size for MSD or SD...
I think it was supposed to be an ornament (kinda big for one) or a toy bear thing...

I removed Firefox temporarily while I'm in the process of cleaning up old crap on the hard drive. I'm mostly still using Safari because Firefox was having some security issues that Apple had resolved. And there's also the task of moving crap-tons of bookmarks. I'm lazy, I guess. :?

Pray tell, how is Foxfire superior to Safari? I have both on my computer, but all my bookmarks are on Safari. I am shuddering at the mere idea of moving them all.

The current version of Safari (4.1.3) is allegedly more secure. My issue is with the Top Sites feature. It's a graphic-intense unnecessary memory hog and it doesn't allow for any permanent alterations. As soon as you clear cookies/history/cache, it resets to default. The only reason I can see for it to even exist is to drive traffic to websites the Apple favors, probably due to some sort of business agreement with the organizations running those sites. It's fairly easy to deactivate by simply resetting your browser homepage but it's still there, running in the background. My attitude is that an application that serves no purpose to the user and degrades operation when running is not an improvement. IMO, Safari 3.0 was a superior browser.

Firefox simply does what it's supposed to do. It provides access to the internet without excessive "bells and whistles" and without trying to direct users to "preferred" sites.

Looks like making the dolls a music store of some sort has become a necessity, especially with another box of 1/8 guitars coming because I FINALLY found Jimmy's #1 and a Gibson SG for Pete to smash. Anywho I'm thinking a bit of the neat stores that used to be in LA so there's going to be some oversized album covers like outside of Tower. Between Something Awful and a few other photoshop places and bad album art I found some gems that will look good printed at 1" for doll sized LPs. Just got to figure what the big ones and posters will be. Might make a few myself like changing the giant cement thing on Who's Next in to something else.

In most it's to be a display for all the itty bitty guitars I have, still haven't figured a way to hang them up yet be able to take them down so the dolls can use them. There will definitely be a No Stairway sign right above the Gibson 1275 I made for Jimmy. I think I'll have to find some little boxes to turn in to amps as well. And on top of it all I'll need to name the store.

Adulthood can be pretty cool sometimes. For example, hot chocolate is good but it's even better with a big shot of caramel Bailey's! :D

Decided if I have enough B-day money I'm gonna get myself a Hujoo Wings boy. (I saw that little face and I couldn'nt resist.) Just felt instant attraction just like with Haruka.

Anyone's opinions on Hujoo's would be awesome.

So did anyone see the lunar eclipse? I saw some of the Moon going in to the shadow. Once it was covered I went back to bed.
