Mary Kathryn, first of all super gentle {hug}. I used dried papaya to help with nausea when I was pregnant. Crystallized ginger works well like VV said and I have found gingerale is better than simply sprite or 7up. (I take a lot of meds that can make me nauseous.) I also keep a bottle of over the counter travel sickness pills in my purse all the time for emergencies.
