The job with Sears didn't work out. -sigh- I jinxed it. And the other three call-backs I've gotten for other jobs have all been door-to-door salesperson jobs, and I won't have a car til January at the earliest. But on the upside, I have another interview scheduled for the 15th for an office job with standard 10-7 Mon-Fri shifts, right on a local bus route. I hope I hope....

And I really need to stop reading Yahoo news. I read/watched two news articles and videos where one guy buried alive his fiance because "he was bored of her" and some woman shot her children in the head. And there was a letter in an advice column where a woman reported that her second husband was having an affair with her 25 year old daugter from her first marriage.

I just... I woke up in a terrible mood today and I'm just starting to come out of it and then this. Christ...

Yeah that's why I don't really keep up on the news. I get guff for not following things that could potentially effect me, but honestly? I'd rather get blindsided by something than sift through all the bad news out there just to find the stuff that could, maybe, possibly effect me.

So.. last week someone broke into all the cars on our block that weren't locked, my BF caught the 13 year old punk in the act and chased him down the street till the cops came. ugh this is creepy, our neighborhood is supposed to be a good neighborhood too. Crazy thing was he said,"what are you doing" and the kid replied,"gettin' into this car". My 6'+ tall bf then stood up and said.. "that's my car", that's when the kid ran off.... Here is the super suck: Last night they went back and actually tried to take a crowbar to his car, and now their are big scratches and his door is dented.
