If anyone here fights for disabled rights and wants to know the name of the property management company who took our money for background checks on the assurance we'd get a house only to make up an arbitrary reason not to, altho we suspect it's because it would be for disabled people, LMK.

Because of their false promises we slowed down looking for other places and are now in an even worse situation, especially because we have to pay who knows how many other companies to do the same thing.

It would be different if I could drive, with my brain injury it ain't gonna happen for safety reasons, because I could move anywhere in the US I could afford, which in a different market would be much better. And the way my mobility is going with a live in caretaker would be the way to go.

We're still looking at anything and everything we qualify for. The last person we talked to said the lying company should have told us it's basically they take as many applications as they can and pick the best. And the place we were told we'd get is still listed.

Yesterday we had to nope on a place because it was in a super dangerous of course you can have a big dog neighborhood. We'll just say the tinder dry hill it backed up to was the least of it. Trying again today.

I'm no longer even thinking twice about any place we've applied for because they never come thru. So I'm visualizing living in a hope that it's relatively safe month to month place or a motel while we wait for ones we were told will be ready in July. Then maybe that won't happen. Or camping in the car outside the Sprawl-Mart. Know what I mean?

We have family friends who have been living in limbo for a long time now. It's been very rough for them. I do hope you find something within the next couple of days!!

Last two days, still nowhere to go, and the hot water thinggy to the washing machine broke so we had to turn all the water off so that wouldn't continue to run.

Tomorrow someone comes to get the cats for a little while or perhaps forever because in all reality we'll have to go to a pet free place just to have somewhere to live.

If our phone isn't blowing up with showings on Tuesday I'm losing all faith and going strait into a 'nography level of depression.
