All "companies" will have an off day sooner or later. Whether it was a bad keystroke by an order taker or a misread line on a packing slip, the real tell of a company is how quickly and to what lengths they will go to make it right.

I have to say that the two times I've purchased from MOC the deals went smoothly. But both times were pre-ordered dolls so maybe when it's something that big it's hard to mispack LOL.

Emory is made of awesomeness and win! He's only ever made one mistake, sending me the wrong color BBB doll, but the box was mislabeled so it really wasn't his fault. And as it was I didn't mind because I wanted that color too so I just kept it

I actually order more from MoC than any other company. I've probably have made over a dozen orders for everything from dolls (2 in stock and 1 preorder) to clothes to wigs, eyes, and elastic. I have not had a single issue yet.
But then I haven't had any issues with any company I've ordered from so far. Perhaps I've just been lucky and am now overdue for a problem.

They might send you the wrong doll on purpose every now and then, hoping that you'll like it and keep it and pay again for the doll you initially ordered

I think the only conclusion can be that I am actually just cursed, and I can't get dollieh goods without something going wrong.

I can measure the white shoes when they arrive, if you want. I ordered them in the same size. You'll have to wait about 2-3 months though

*hugs Okami* Some of your wording made me smile, thanks for that. Too bad you're anywhere near awful people like that, ugh. And yeah Kirahfaye, I don't use DDE either anymore, they pretty much sold an event head on me and then tried to say I didn't use the proper proceedure to ask for it. They also sat on a hybrid Cosmo order for a while after I'd even called and made sure they understood I knew it was a weird combo based off the measurements (and it turned out awesome in the end, 72cm body and no neck gap). Was like pulling teeth to get them to send me the invoice.

Ah yeah SetsunaKou, I've only ordered twice from Junkyspot but I like them so far (and yeah, no mistakes, two for two lol). That's wild about Volks Japan, you would think they'd check (missing an entire body?? helloooo) instead of having to spend so much on order-fix-shipping. If they're screwing up that much with you, it implies they're screwing up with everybody.

Meanwhile on DoA, my bitsy plushies tutorial just got removed cuz it's "off topic"... guess what, guys. Doing anything for your doll is now off-topic! >___< ...and now the fire alarm is going off. I hate this building. *needs to stop putting dolls on layaway so a new location of living space can be found* Speaking of, Dollzone is discontinuing Moment and Anson and I am now calculating how much rice I might be looking at eating this month. x_x
