It's exciting. We had to argue with the post office lady to get up and check, but he finally came home to me. He's adorable! <3 Yes, we definitely need to have a dollieh day. Torie needs to meet his awesome Aunt Yannie. :D

Doctor Who!!! 9 previously missing Troughton episodes found, including the 1st ever serial with The Brigadier!!! Eeee!!!

That finally brings the total number of missing episodes down from triple to double digits, with 97 episodes still lost... But still Eeeh!! More Troughton!! He's one of my favourite Doctors, (top 2) and that's saying something considering how little of his stuff is actually available
Crazy Mulitverse Crew: Drax, Jareth, Jerome, Elrana Milenkova, The Thin White Duke, Vasily Lupandin, Ramin Aiphos, Theta Sigma, Aiko Koyame, Lord Havelock Vetinari, Dr Nicholas Rush, Anon., Nyta Kinall, Otto Kreiner, That Demon, Sasu, Yaya, Ombre
...reshelling Szesil Markowski and Garan Idasson

They are discovering some missing TV episodes are literally floating around in space on signals where they've been since they were broadcast. Other things turn up in private foreign collections or yard sales.

I highly recommend a new series that's coming up this next mid-season called Resurrection (based on the book "The Returned" by Jason Mott. I especially recommend watching the season finale and particularly being on the lookout for a certain little gal from the '60s in a red, white and blue mini-dress and red cap.

Just saying......

Oh! I saw a blurb from Harlequin that they were making this book into a mini-series! I read the first couple chapters as a freebie and from all I can see it's quite good.

I'm finally going to cosmetology school! And I actually get to earn a little money while there. Pretty excited!

...is it bad that I keep thinking "Oh man my faceups/wig styling skills are gonna be AWESOME"?

We had a wonderful day out and about with our daughter to celebrate her 18th birthday. She got the 3DS and a couple of games that she's been "hinting" about for the last couple of month plus lunch and dinner out. We ate at Tilted Kilt for the first time in more than a year because she finally reached the age where she felt comfortable looking at the scantily clad girls without the risk of seeming like an under-aged pervert. hehehe

BTW here's a photo of Joy in costume from the set - well actually the "holding area" tent (since her casting agency asked for copies of the background actors' own photos to post on their FB page I figure its safe to show it).
